NOT trespassing so Thank you for taking a safe and legal photo. Railroads are really cracking down because too many brainless photographers and models trespass which has led to MANY arrests, fines and deaths. Today a huge problem since everyone has a camera phone. Train museums do allow shoots on tracks if you ever need that.
